Chalupkova Development was an international competition organized by the private company Penta investments in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. The project aims to propose urban renewal for a former industrial sector near the city center, transforming it into a new residential neighborhood with commercial amenities, workspaces, and the Incorporation of green areas. Our submission serves as a reflection on the new challenges facing major global cities.
