Liceo Housing is a project locatedin the Liceo neighborhood ofCórdoba City, Argentina. Theproject aligns with the commissionfrom the national government to provide a solution to the country'shousing issues. Through the Banco Hipotecario, the national government issued an open design and pricing architectural competition to construction companies with the capacity and financial solvency to design and build a project of this magnitude. The construction company, Tarnousky SA, based in Córdoba, entrusted us with the design of a complete neighborhood consisting of 227 residences of various Ntypologies. We developed both the overall bidding project and each of its individual units.
